Participants will explore the full volunteer management cycle—from understanding volunteer motivations and targeted recruitment through interviewing\, placement\, orientation\, risk management\, organizational culture\, and program evaluation. Drawing on NOVAA’s proprietary Volunteer Management curriculum\, this workshop provides practical tools and strategies that small organizations and teams can adapt to strengthen their volunteer programs\, demonstrate impact\, and create meaningful volunteer experiences. \n  \nThis workshop is being offered in partnership with Volunteer Methow\, which is preparing to launch its revitalized program connecting community members with meaningful volunteer opportunities across the Methow Valley.
