DESCRIPTION:Online: Rural Nonprofit Gathering – Rural Panel Discussion: Challenges\, Opportunities & Favorite Resources \nThursday\, March 28th\, 2024\n2:00 pm- 3:00 pm PST\nFree\nOnline via Zoom \nRural nonprofits often face various challenges that limit their total capacity. Farmer’s Markets\, Summer Camps\, Community Health Centers\, and Pet Shelters affect Washington communities. Limited budgets\, staff turnover\, lack of visibility\, or outdated starting tools limit rural nonprofits from empowering the communities they serve by failing to fulfill their mission due to the challenges they face every day. \nJoin us at our next Rural Nonprofit Gathering\, where we will invite three Rural Nonprofit Association of Washington members to a panel discussion in which they will share more about the challenges they have faced in the nonprofit sector and what opportunities have come their way to help them succeed. \nWe will also have an opportunity for rural nonprofit participants to share their favorite community resources\, followed by some networking time. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nCost\n\n\n\n\nFree to attend- please register to receive the Zoom link \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nWho Should Attend\n\n\n\n\nAny person who lives\, works\, or serves in a rural community in Washington State \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nAccessibility\n\n\n\n\nCaptioning: We will have automated captioning enabled. \nInterpretation: Please indicate during registration if you have an interpretation request.
