NPI Annual Summit

The Nonprofit Practices Institute (NPI) Annual Summit is a day-long conference that provides professional development, capacity-building, and networking opportunities for nonprofit organizations and agencies. It’s open to nonprofit staff, board, volunteers, or anyone who is interested in nonprofit work. Online registration is required with a $30 fee that includes a delicious lunch catered by Campbell’s Resort. Keynote: The Energetics of Language: how to use the power of words to drive change, inspire engagement, and lead a happier, healthier life.

Erica Barnhart, Senior Lecturer & CEO, University of Washington’s Evans School of Public Policy & Governance

Erica teaches people and organizations how to unleash their potential by using the power of words. She is a Senior Lecturer at the University of Washington’s Evans School of Public Policy & Governance. In addition to teaching classes on nonprofit marketing, philanthropy, and social innovation, she co-directs the Nancy Bell Evans Center on Nonprofits & Philanthropy. Erica also runs Claxon, a consulting firm, where she creates remarkable messaging to make sure her clients’ good work gets noticed.
