Microsoft TechSpark Technology Initiative
Free Technology Assessment, Products, and Training to Support Local Nonprofits
Microsoft’s TechSpark program has partnered with the Community Foundation of NCW to supply local nonprofits with the latest technology to help improve efficiency, secure data, and provide the tools that best help achieve their missions – for free!
Microsoft TechSpark is a national civic program aimed at fostering greater economic opportunity and job creation through partnership with rural and smaller metropolitan communities. Their goal is to learn about local challenges and to implement and learn from digital initiatives to help accelerate growth.
The TechSpark initiative focuses on five program areas: digital transformation, digital skills and computer science education, career pathways, rural broadband, and support for nonprofits.
Together, they are spearheading this initiative in North Central Washington by assessing technology needs, implementing products, and providing training for nonprofits across the region.
