Join us for a 30-minute webinar, followed by an optional 15-minute Q&A, on using technology tools to help you track time, tasks, and impact. People power nonprofits—and every minute counts. Whether you’re reporting for grants, maintaining compliance, or just trying to run a more efficient organization, time tracking matters. In this session, we’ll cover the essentials of labor law and introduce straightforward tech tools that make tracking time easier, more accurate, and more impactful. Colleen Malmassari of Back40Advisors will break down what you need to know about the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and the Washington Minimum Wage Act (WMWA), with nonprofit-specific insight. Then, Dr. Sue Kane will share how nonprofits can leverage simple, accessible technology to streamline time management, support grant reporting, and reduce administrative burden.
