Ferguson Family Scholarship

The Ferguson Family Scholarship was established to provide educational scholarships to graduating seniors from Chelan and Douglas county high schools seeking further education in physics or mechanical, electrical, or software engineering.  The Ferguson family is dedicated to helping students with financial need and a commitment to engineering with a four-year scholarship to the college or university of their choice.

Application Opens: January 1st
Application Due Date: March 1st


  1. Graduating senior of a Chelan or Douglas County High School OR a student pursuing a Bachelor of Applied Science in Engineering at Wenatchee Valley College
  2. Seeking further education in mechanical/electrical/software engineering or physics
  3. Minimum 3.0 GPA
  4. Demonstrate financial need

Note: This scholarship is paid over multiple years and requires an update showing educational progress in the fields of mechanical/electrical/software engineering or physics and a successful academic year (minimum 2.0 GPA) to keep the scholarship in place.
