FUND ADVISOR LOGIN

If you have not yet set up a login, please email jennifer@cfncw.org.

The Fund Advisor Portal has recently been updated with a new interface!

Once you login, you’ll be directed to your Fund Summary, a snapshot of your fund’s recent activity. It may look different, but all the same features are available.

Navigate through the Left Side Menu

  • Fund Summary – a general snapshot of your fund
  • Donations to your Fund – any contributions made to your fund
  • All Grant Activity – a history grant requests you have made to charitable organizations
  • Recent Grant Request – recent grant requests made to charitable organizations
  • Fund Statements and Files – download monthly/quarterly fund statements or you can now download a manual fund statement with specific dates. Files include your Fund Agreement, and any other relevant documentation related to your fund.

Make Grant Requests (for Donor Advised and Agency Funds)

  • The “Create Grant Request” button is located on each page of your account.
  • You can now modify or cancel recurring grant requests.

Update Your Information

  • You can now update your contact information under “Profile” and “Edit Contact Information”.

New Users

If you are a new fund holder or have never logged in before, you have two options:

  • Email jennifer@cfncw.org for your Username/Password
  • Set up your own Username/Password
    • Choose “Login with Email” and a pin will be sent to your email address.
    • If you prefer to set up a password rather than receiving a pin every time, then follow these steps after you have logged in with a pin:
      • Login to the Portal: Set up your portal access by using your email address here: https://wcf.fcsuite.com/erp/portal. Once you have entered your email, you will receive a 6-digit pin for verification purposes back to that same email address. Once you have verified that 6-digit pin, you will be officially set up in the portal.
      • Set Up Your Password: After completing the login setup, navigate to the ‘Profile Tab’ in the upper right-hand corner and click on ‘Security’ to set your password. You may set up your own username (which is typically your email) and create your own password.

Aero Methow Rescue Service

GRANT RECIPIENT

Due to being rural, remote, and geographically isolated, we must be prepared to do more than respond to emergencies. We have become a healthcare partner who fills gaps in service. The grant allowed our board the time and ability to work with a Strategic Planner to modify our plan to address those gaps.

My father was a migrant agricultural worker who eventually started his own cherry and apple orchard. He told me if I wanted to live a better life, I had to get an education. I plan on starting a career with the Chelan PUD with a passion for renewable energy and in turn give back to my parents and community for supporting my dreams.
