Everyone is welcome. Whether you’re an experienced runner, a casual walker, a volunteer, a parent, a grandparent, or a spectator, there’s a place for you at the Give NCW Turkey Trot.

Yes. Friendly dogs are welcome but must remain leashed and under your control at all times. For an additional $5 registration fee, your canine companion will receive a complimentary Turkey Trot bandana and be entered into a raffle from Firehouse Pet Shop. Please make sure your dog is comfortable around runners, walkers, children, strollers, and other dogs, and remember to clean up after your dog.

Absolutely. Strollers are welcome in the 5K and 10K events.

Yes. The Kids Fun Run is free and open to children of all ages.

No, there will be no day of race registrations. Registration closes Wednesday, November 25 at 8pm.

A limited number of commemorative headbands will be available to registered 5K and 10K participants at no additional cost. Participants may reserve one during registration while supplies last.

Registration fees are nonrefundable and nontransferable. 100% of registration fees support the Give NCW Give to All Fund.

Yes. Both the 5K and 10K are professionally timed, with results available after the race. Whether you are chasing a personal best or enjoying the course at your own pace, runners and walkers are welcome in both events.

Absolutely. Runners and walkers of all experience levels and paces are welcome in both the 5K and 10K. Please choose the distance that feels right for you and follow race-day instructions about where walkers and runners should line up.

Packet pickup will take place in the Pybus Public Market concourse Wednesday, November 25 from 3-8pm and again on race day from 7-8:30am.

The 5K and 10K start and finish near Pybus Public Market and follow the Apple Capital Loop Trail along the Wenatchee riverfront. The Kids Fun Run takes place on a short course near the market grounds.

Course maps and final race-day details will be shared with registered participants before the event.

Event parking is available throughout the Pybus Public Market area and surrounding public lots. Participants are encouraged to arrive early.

The Turkey Trot is held rain, snow, or shine unless conditions create a significant safety concern.
