Administrative Specialist

The Community Foundation of North Central Washington (CFNCW) is hiring an Administrative Specialist to provide essential clerical, project, and administrative support to our team. This role serves as the welcoming face of the Foundation, handling reception duties including answering phones and greeting walk-in visitors, while ensuring smooth daily operations, excellent customer service, and professional support for staff, trustees, donors, nonprofit partners, and community members.

The Administrative Specialist manages conference room bookings, oversees office maintenance and supplies, assists with events and meetings, and provides a variety of administrative services—from data entry and scheduling to meeting minutes and special projects. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of people and tasks.

Learn More About This Position

This is a part-time, in-person role based in Wenatchee, working Monday through Friday from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening or weekend events. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive and professional demeanor, proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with initiative and flexibility.

The pay range for this position is $25 to $28 per hour, depending on experience. CFNCW offers a welcoming team environment, prorated sick, holiday, and vacation time, and the opportunity to play a key role in supporting our mission to grow philanthropy to build strong communities. The grant provided funds to hire a Housing Justice and Outreach Coordinator to visit rural and underserved areas. Rosie’s bilingual and bicultural skills and experience have increased equity of service. Rosie is building partnerships with local organizations through events such as the Columbia Valley Community Health’s Back to School Drive, as well as posting yard signs.
