Rising Tides
A Roundtable for Nonprofit Professionals
Rising Tides is a monthly peer learning group that embodies what we believe most deeply about nonprofit work: that we grow stronger together.
Designed to foster collaboration and shared learning between nonprofits, these informal monthly gatherings are open to anyone whose work intersects with these subjects of fundraising, development and leadership. Each session alternates between two focus areas: Organizational Leadership and Fundraising & Development. We do not meet during the months of July, August, and December.
Join us to exchange ideas, build connections and rise together for the greater good.
These sessions happen on the 4th Monday of every other month, 4:00PM - 5:30PM throughout the greater Wenatchee Valley, hosted by different nonprofit organizations (in-person only).
Closed to EDs or equivalent leadership roles due to the sensitive nature of the topics discussed.
Open to EDs, senior staff, and board members shaping strategy.
Foundational concepts for anyone interested in fundraising, including those new to fundraising and those seeking a refresher.
Geared towards those with fundraising experience who want to deepen their knowledge and apply best practice.
Geared towards seasoned professionals ready for complex fundraising topics and leadership level strategies.

Organizational Leadership: Culture Building
Monday, November 16 | 4:00-5:30 PM
Facilitated by Christie Wilder | Hosted by Mireya Sanchez | In-Person: Chelan-Douglas Volunteer Attorney Services (900 Ferry Street)
Join us for an in-person Rising Tides peer-learning roundtable on Culture Building, facilitated by Christie Wilder with Plain Valley Ski Trails and hosted by Mireya Sanchez at Chelan-Douglas Volunteer Attorney Services in Wenatchee.
Some organizations have a certain "magic in the air" that makes people feel connected, energized, valued, and committed to a shared purpose. Where does that come from—and how do you sustain it as organizations grow, leadership changes, and new people join the team?
Join fellow nonprofit leaders for a candid conversation about how organizations navigate growth and change, preserve what makes them special, and build a culture where people feel valued and included.
This session is open to Executive Directors, senior staff, and board members involved in shaping organizational culture and strategy.
This session is for Executive Directors or equivalent roles to support candid, peer‑to‑peer conversation.
