Now in its fourth year, the annual award recognizes professional advisors across North Central Washington who actively encourage charitable giving and community philanthropy through their work with clients. Community members and colleagues submit nominations each year.
Natalie, founder of Kuehler Law Firm, PLLC was recognized not only for her work in estate planning and business law, but for her deep commitment to helping individuals and families create meaningful charitable legacies in the Methow Valley community.
“Natalie is a tireless advocate for her clients and the nonprofit community,” said one nominator. “As a client, I have firsthand experience of her thoughtful planning and assistance with navigating the complexities of legacy giving. In the Methow Valley, Natalie is the ‘go to’ attorney for estate planning. She provides personalized service and no nonsense advice. Natalie has a broad client base that represents the diversity of the community she serves, providing them the outcomes they desire. Her trusted guidance and personal approach make her a perfect candidate for this award!”

Before founding her practice in the Methow Valley, Kuehler served as an Assistant U.S Attorney for the Southwest District of New York, transitioning then into conservation and community-focused work in the Pacific Northwest. As shared in a 2015 profile by the National Forest Foundation, her journey to the Methow Valley was driven by a desire to protect and give back to the public lands and communities that have shaped her life.
“Natalie is front and center in promoting [charitable] efforts and explaining giving opportunities,” said another nominator. “Having personally worked with her as a representative for a number of estates, I have seen her guide donors through the process and diligently explain the options available to them. She has spent many hours working with various nonprofit executives and Board of Directors, keeping them abreast of the latest options for giving.
“She is a gift to our community and all who work with her.”
