We are now accepting applications for the next Leadership Institute of NCW in Grant County! This program is open to anyone interested in learning more about civic leadership to benefit their community. Participants commit to a 20-session program (Sept 2025 – Jan 2026) to learn how state and local government works, public policy, budgets, and leading and empowering their diverse communities. Rosie’s bilingual and bicultural skills and experience have increased equity of service.
