The Community Foundation of NCW is proud to have partnered with Thriving Together NCW and dozens of local agencies to offer the Leadership Institute of NCW, a program to empower parents, families, and local residents to improve community outcomes by learning about civic leadership skills. Based on the national Parent Leadership Training Institute curriculum, the sessions focused on advocacy, communication, civics, public policy, and understanding city and state government structures. ![]()
On February 27th, after a proclamation at City Hall, 26 students gathered at Wenatchee Valley Museum for a graduation ceremony with their family, friends, and peers attending in support.
